Each order placed by the Buyer with the Seller constitutes an offer by the Buyer to purchase goods from the Seller on these terms and conditions. Each such order shall only be accepted at the earlier of the delivery of the goods to the Buyer or the Seller issuing a written acceptance of the relevant order to the Buyer.

Private Prescription
- Private prescriptions are dispensed by Ask Pharmacy, which is trading under of Ask aesthetic supplies Ltd, all prescriptions are dispensed in the UK. The customer may send a copy of the prescription via email however this must be followed by the original within 72hrs. All prescriptions must comply with all UK law and regulations and be signed by a registered healthcare professional who is either a pharmacist, doctor, dentist, nurse or a qualified non-medical prescriber who has performed a face to consultation with the patient. Ask pharmacy only partners with UK-based prescribers, who are registered with a UK healthcare regulator and who follow the UK prescribing guidelines. The products are to be used by the named patient solely and are not for onward sale.
- Prescription dispensing is classed as a retail supply whereby the named patient on the prescription can be the buyer of the products on the prescription, also, prescriptions received from a patient’s representative can be the buyer (I.e patient’s practitioner, carer, legal guardian, etc) may be accepted subject to the patient’s representative confirming with the patient that they are authorised to act on behalf of the patient to help carry out the processing of the prescription including but not limited to submitting the prescription to the pharmacy, arranging payment for the products on the prescription, arrange for safe delivery and temporary safe keeping of the products, and other dispensing related activities , all on behalf of the patient.
- By submitting prescriptions to the pharmacy on behalf of a patient; the patient’s representative (i.e practitioner, carer, legal guardian) agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set out by Ask aesthetics Supplies Ltd including but not limited to ensuring the patient on the prescription has consented to allowing the patient’s representative to act on behalf of the patient for helping to process the prescription. The pharmacy will dispense the prescription in accordance with prescription signed by the appropriate practitioner subject to the pharmacist’s clinical checks, the pharmacist reserves the right to contact the practitioner and/or the patient direct for any clinical queries and clinical interventions.
- The term “Dispense” is not only related to the processing of a prescription within the pharmacy dispensary but also related to the whole process of suppling the prescription goods, for example receiving the prescription from the patient (or patient’s representative), carrying out appropriate legal checks including pharmacist clinical checks, arranging payment and delivery, etc.
- Goods supplied against a prescription must be for the use of the named patient only. Prescription goods will be dispatched to the address nominated by the patient or the patient’s representative. Patient agents in terms of representation of patients including but not limited to submitting prescriptions to pharmacy, receiving, storing and paying for goods on the patient’s behalf must do so with the patient’s permission. Practitioners should consider patient choice and patient convenience when helping to processing prescriptions on their behalf on what is the best approach for the patient’s safety.
- By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer accepts that they will inform the named patient (if the buyer is acting for the patient) and obtain informed consent from the patient that they are the patient’s nominated representative acting on the named patient’s behalf in regard to ordering, receiving, storing and paying for the prescription goods on the named patient’s behalf and must do so with the named patients explicit consent based on patient choice.
- All prescriptions signed by the practitioner agrees to Ask aesthetics Supplies Ltd’s terms and conditions including consent has been received from the patient in accordance with the prescription and the declarations set out on our terms and conditions: The following must be agreed to, in order to use Ask aesthetics supplies Ltd to dispense medications and place orders. I agree the named patient on each prescription has consented for the items to be delivered on this prescription to the patient’s agent/address provided. I can also confirm the items on this prescription are only for the patient named on this prescription
- I agree to adhere to the rules set out by the regulatory bodies such as the GPHC, MHRA, HMRC and all other relevant regulatory bodies associated with my practice and procedures.
- I agree that I have the appropriate training and insurance for the treatments for the named patient.
- I hereby declare that the above statements are true. By using the services of ASK Pharmacy, I agree to the general terms and conditions set out and take full responsibility for the items I am ordering, and I am doing so in the best interest of patient safety and professional conduct.
- The consultation and diagnosis leading to the generation of the named patient prescription and patient treatment is based on the judgement of the prescriber for the named patient; if the prescriber chooses to issue and sign a prescription this prescription will be exempt from VAT as per the Value Added Tax Order 1994 as it is for the health care treatment of a named patient. The prescriber is responsible for ensuring that if the order is not for the health care treatment of the patient, the prescriber should submit a non-prescription order (i.e., signed order or stock order) where VAT will be charged at a standard rate.
- By submitting a prescription to Ask Pharmacy, the patient or their representative has confirmed all the following statements in order to use Ask pharmacy:

- I confirm that all the products listed in the prescription will only be used for the named patient.
- I confirm I have the patients consent to receive delivery, (if the delivery address differs from the patients address)
- Products supplied against a prescription must be for the personal use of the named patient only, such products are not to be used for resale.
- Ask Pharmacy is a dispensing pharmacy and shall bear no responsibility and zero liability with respect of how the customer and/or the patient uses the goods
- Ask Pharmacy is a dispensing pharmacy and shall bear no responsibility and zero liability to how the goods have been prescribed.
- All goods are subject to VAT except where dispensed against a valid prescription in the UK.
- We will accept prescriptions either from the customer or their appointed representative.

How it works
If we dispense prescriptions for your desired treatment, please give us a call on 0161 6371404. We will then begin to verify your prescriber. We have a stringent process to ensure the prescribers are following the prescribing guidelines and have the relevant certification, qualifications and insurance for the area they will be issuing prescriptions for. This is to ensure the safety of the named patients that will be receiving the medication. Please note decisions about treatment are for both the prescriber and the client to jointly consider during the consultation. However, the final decision will always be the prescribers.
Regulation
Ask Pharmacy is a fully regulated company. Ask Pharmacy offers information, advice, and dispenses prescription for a range of medical & aesthetic conditions. This service is provided by partner qualified UK Pharmacist independent prescribers who are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Our dispensing pharmacy is regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and can be to deliver a high level of service by our qualified pharmacists.

Your privacy is crucial to us, and the following information explains the extent of the measures we take to secure your data:
Ask Pharmacy uses computing security technology, including firewalls and Secure Socket Layers to protect information processed through this website. We do not have access to your financial information which is securely transferred directly to our card processing agents, who securely process it on our instructions. During your visit to our site, we may gather your personal information that is necessary to set up your account, for the purposes of billing, ID verification and delivery of your medicine and queries. We only keep your information for as long as is necessary to process your order, process any applicable refunds, and respond to any complaints/feedback or to provide you with promotional information you have subscribed to. Electronic transmissions are never completely private or secure therefore we encourage customers to ensure that any computer (tablet or smartphone) you use to access your online patient record is suitably protected from potential interception. Ask Pharmacy complies with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will use the information you provide with other information we obtain about you to administer and provide the goods and/or services you request. We will not share your personal information with any organisation other than those directly involved in delivering these services, namely the dispensing pharmacy and the courier service. This service does not take responsibility to inform your regular GP of the medication prescribed by our doctors. If you want us to do this we would require your GP details and your consent. we are the data controller in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other data protection legislation applicable in the UK.
Information and Advice
The information and advice provided by Ask Pharmacy when you use the service is based on the information you have supplied to us. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is 100% accurate and you accept that failure to do so (whether intentionally or not) will affect the information and advice we give to you and the medicines we supply to you and, as such, may have consequences for which we are not responsible. If you notice an error in your consultation form or patient details submitted, please get in contact with us ASAP.
Pricing
All prices on this website are in GBP and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. We take care to ensure that all pricing information on our website is accurate but occasionally there may be an error. In the circumstance that an error has occurred, and the price charged is higher than it should be, we will aim to identify all those that have overpaid and refund the difference. All goods are subject to VAT except where dispensed against a valid prescription in the UK.
Completed Orders
When you place an order for products or take up a service that involves the dispensing of medicines this will require us to perform an assessment of your clinical suitability for the medicines before the medicines can be approved for supply. You agree to us commencing this service and an assessment of your clinical suitability when you place the order and, as such if you cancel your order once the prescription has been issued you will not be eligible for a refund.
Concluding a binding contract
When we receive an order from you to purchase goods or services from us, we will confirm that we have received the order by sending a confirmation email to the contact email address that you supplied upon registering. Professional codes of conduct and legal restrictions may limit the number and frequency of any item we are permitted to supply to you and, as such, we have no obligation to supply quantities exceeding the relevant permitted maximum and will charge only for those we do supply. We reserve the right to reject any order.
Mental capacity act 2005 – You agree to consent care and treatment from our website has not been used in line with the Mental capacity act 2005 no right of re-supply – you must not sell, supply to make available the products we have supplied to you. we are not liable for the harm to any other person who uses your prescription medication. any information found in these terms and conditions may be enforced at a later date, if we delay in taking steps with respect to you breaking any part of our contract, it will not prevent us from taking steps against you at a later date. if a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs in these terms and conditions operates separately, if any court or authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full effect.
Term of Payment
In providing payment card details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the card and authorise us, or our payment service provider, to take payment in full for the items in your order and any associated postage and packaging fees and any other charges that become due to us under these terms and conditions.
Authorisation of orders for medicines
Our Partner Prescribers can only make a decision as to whether it is in the best interests of the patient to receive medicine when the prescriber has all relevant information. On occasion, this may require the prescriber to ask the patient for additional information further to the information that was provided in response to an online questionnaire.
Postage Costs
Postage and packaging are charged on all orders of medicines that are sent in the post. The different costs associated with postage can be seen under ‘Delivery’ on our website.
Delivery of orders
- Delivery of the goods shall be facilitated by the Seller or by one of the seller’s approved third-party service provider(s), delivering the goods to a location specified by the Buyer at point of sale or to an alternative delivery location that has been agreed upon by the Buyer in liaison with the seller’s third-party service provider.
- Any delivery dates and times specified at point of sale by the Seller are intended to be an estimate and are not the essence of any contract between the Buyer and Seller.
- The Sellers packaging is validated in compliance with product specifications to ensure goods are maintained in transit. Fridge-line goods are validated for a minimum of 21hrs. The Seller is unable to advise on the performance, integrity or sustainability of the goods once the Buyer has claimed receipt and they have entered an uncontrolled environment. The Buyer is under obligation to store the goods in a suitable environment immediately upon receipt.
- It is up to the Buy to ensure the product is sufficient to use and fit for purpose before opening any seals. Once a seal Has been opened the seller cannot accept any liability for the product.
Delivery of Prescription items
- All conditions in this clause are in relation to the delivery of prescription goods for a named patient.
- Delivery of prescription goods for a named patient will be delivered by the Seller or by one of the seller’s approved third-party service provider(s), to the delivery address nominated by the patient which will be specified by the buyer at the point of sale.
- The buyer is responsible for informing the patient that they are the patients nominated representative (with patient consent) and unless a delivery address is specified by the patient, the default delivery address will be the delivery address specified by the buyer at the point of sale. The buyer is responsible for obtaining informed & explicit consent in relation to the terms outlined in this clause.
- Should the prescription goods be delivered to the Buyer for safe storage on behalf of the patient until the goods are supplied and/or administered to the patient, the Buyer is responsible for informing the patient that these goods will be delivered and stored at the delivery address specified by the Buyer.
- If the prescription goods are delivered to the Buyer as agreed upon between the Buyer and the named patient, the Buyer is responsible for the safe storage of the goods in line with the product storage requirements as specified within the Summary of Product Characteristics and/or the external packaging of the prescription goods until the point of supply and/or administration of the product to the named patient.
- The Seller shall not be held liable for prescription goods, whether fridge-line or ambient once they have been accepted by a third party on behalf of the Buyer.
- Goods supplied against a prescription must be for the use of the named patient only. Prescription goods will be dispatched to the address nominated by the patient which may be specified by the Buyer at the point of sale if the Buyer is acting on behalf of the patient. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to inform the named patient of where their prescription goods will be delivered, and patient consent must be reached. It is the responsibility of the Buyer (if buyer Is patient’s representative) to inform the named patient that if a delivery address is not specified by the patient, then the appropriate and safe default delivery address will be the address specified by the Buyer (patient’s representative) at the point of the retail sale.
- Due to the nature of numerous products supplied to be of potential high risk, the chosen delivery address (and authorised recipient at this address) should be an address where the product integrity is not compromised, and the security of the product is kept safe from mis-use while protecting the confidential personal data of the patient enclosed within the package.
Returns Policy
Medicinal products cannot be returned due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines in the UK.
If you have any unsealed, unused items that you think may be faulty, or damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt of goods. If we are not notified immediately and the product has been dormant for any period of time, we can not accept liability for any issues relating to the product, as the storage condition cannot be guaranteed.
If you notice a fault with your delivery, please notify us immediately upon delivery, unfortunately once a product has been opened (seal has been tampered with) we are unable to accept any returns. Please check your items before opening any seals.

Refunds Policy
Medicines legally cannot be returned or reused. They can only be destroyed securely. Any products we sell on the website that are non-medication have the standard consumer rights.
Medication for emergencies
This service is not to be used as an emergency medication service.
Orders placed after 4pm will be shipped out the following day. Our fastest delivery method is the Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm service, this is a signed for service and someone must be available at the delivery address to sign for it, otherwise, it will be sent back to the depot, which we are not responsible for. If Royal Mail fails to deliver this in time due to an error on their side, you may be eligible for a refund. Please email us on javed@ask-pharmacy.co.uk for further help. If you do not select the Guaranteed delivery option, you are not eligible for any refund if the item does not arrive on time.
Complaints Procedure
Ask Pharmacy aims to maintain 100% customer satisfaction, but we realise there may be instances where this is not the case. We operate a continuous improvement policy in customer care and try our best to get things right the first time. If you are unhappy with anything, please contact us immediately and our staff will be more than happy to rectify any issues you may have. For complaints, please direct your concerns to javed@ask-pharmacy.co.uk. We will endeavour to respond to you within 48 hours. If it is more of an urgent matter, then please phone us instead to rectify any issues at the earliest possible opportunity.
Signed for deliveries
Signed for: Ask Pharmacy is liable for misplaced items and redelivery of items in this case. Standard delivery: It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for any medicines that are delivered at your chosen delivery address or to collect the medicine from Royal Mail yourself. The person signing for medicines does not need to be the named patient. You acknowledge and accept that we have no control over the postal system, and we have no liability in respect of items that are not received by you after we have dispatched them. It is your responsibility to ensure that the person signing for the medicines delivers them to you.
Notification of errors
