DELIVERY INFORMATION:

  • Ordered DPD – Mon – Thurs before 2.30 pm
  • Dispatched DPD – Same Day
  • Delivered – Next Working Day
  • Ordered DPD – Friday before 2.30 pm
  • Dispatched DPD – Same Day
  • Delivered – Monday (Unless you request and upgrade it to Saturday Guarantee which an extra fee applies)
  • Ordered DPD – Monday – Wed after 2.30 pm
  • Dispatched DPD – Next working day
  • Delivered – The working day after
  • Ordered DPD – Friday after 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday
  • Dispatched DPD – Monday
  • Delivered – Tuesday

 

UK DELIVERIES:

Our UK orders are sent via DPD Local and will require a signature on delivery, occasionally alternative providers may be used.

Special timed deliveries are not available in Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Occasionally there may be a delay from our delivery partner, we do not take responsibility for this and we can not issue a refund for your delivery. – We do not take responsibility for any issues with DPD.

Any orders left outside an address or stolen from an address will have an investigation raised with DPD. Unfortunately, we do not replace or refund any of these orders unless a successful investigation is the outcome. – We do try our best to ensure your parcel gets to you the next day, occasionally there may be a reason for a delay, especially during busy times of the year.

If any order is sent back to us due to missing delivery an additional delivery fee will be applied for resending the order back to you. – PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS DPD IS UNABLE TO LEAVE YOUR ORDER IN A SAFE SPACE OR WITH A NEIGHBOUR.

Ask Pharmacy is not responsible for any loss of income due to non-delivery or late deliveries.

We do not take responsibility for any undelivered orders due to customs returning the products back to us. If this does happen a refund will be issued to yourself. Delivery Protection Guarantee:

We offer peace of mind for your deliveries, For a small fee, we will provide our highest level of cover for your parcel, through its journey from the second it leaves our pharmacy until it reaches your door.

The fee is only £4 per order.

How does it work?

If you purchase our new Delivery Protection guarantee and your parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed (meaning the cold chain is broken), Ask Aesthetics Supplies Ltd will replace the parcel as fast as possible to avoid any further delays to your clinic.

What if I chose not to take out the cover?

If you choose not to take out Delivery Protection cover, the customer will need to open an investigation with DPD. This can take a few weeks, with no guarantee that the full amount will be paid back to the customer, as DPD will only insure parcels up to the value of £100.

Ask Pharmacy recommends that customers purchase the additional cover to provide peace of mind, and parcel cover, so your deliveries land on time, each time you order with us.
